Swirling hot melt is the swirling of glue in thin glue beads.

Swirl hot melt bonding is mainly used with self-adhesive adhesives in the product assembly and mattresses or foam processing industry. Also gluing with a long open time (PO, APAO hot melt adhesives) can be processed well with this. Thanks to the simplicity of application, the large adhesive surface and the rapid cooling of the hot melt, products can quickly find their way into the further production process. Swirl is also often used for palletize, pallet stabilization, anti-slip applications and temporary fixation.
