A roller coater hot melt glue roller is used to glue surfaces, often these are hard surfaces such as wooden panels or honeycomb assemblies.
Coating flexible materials
Flexible materials such as foils, textiles and paper are often processed into a self-adhesive product with a final coater (coating hot melt glue head). This is also possible directly on a glue roller, although combustion of the material must be taken into account. A transfer or “reverse” adhesive technique can also be used.
